From the initial visit to driving away in a new car the experience is exceptional. I have purchased a lot of cars in 65 years, but I wish this dealership was with all my purchases! Our internet salesman, Joseph Perry, was very helpful in finding my wife the This new 2014 Kia Forte was a replacement for my wife's 2011 Ford Focus. Our internet salesman, Joseph Perry, was very helpful in finding my wife the right car with a comfortable front seat that fit her needs. He had listened to her needs and after trying a leather seat that was not suitable, Joseph, went out of his way to find her a car on the lot with cloth seats that fit her needs comfortably. Joseph also assisted with the sale and purchase and it went smooth and fast and everything was ready in no time. When we picked up the car, Joseph sat with us and went over all the features and controls of the cars interior. This was by far the best new car purchase experience we have ever experienced. Joe Ruggieri has put together a total team that is highly customer oriented and he runs that ship tightly with a continual focus on that goal. Joey Fuentas is a whiz on the technical aspects and will promptly answer all user questions without the need to refer to a book. He knows the Kia product. And, it coudln't be possible to find a more Customer Oriented Service Manager than Jeff Morgan. Jeff's team services the whole customer versus just the vehicle. I always feel better after I've talked to Jeff. Overall, this makes for a really good dealership with which to do business. Give them a shot at your business. If your experience is similar to mine (and I'm betting it will be), you'll be really glad that you did. More

I wanted to buy a 2014 Soul Exclaim, Worked with a few other Kia dealerships over the last few weeks and none really acted like they wanted my busines I wanted to buy a 2014 Soul Exclaim, Worked with a few other Kia dealerships over the last few weeks and none really acted like they wanted my business and the worse is that I knew more about the options that come with the Kia Souls than they did. So i started looking out of town/state. It must have been my lucky day because I happened to do a search on carfinder (I think it was) and seen where Myrtle beach Kia had an awesome Exclaim for sale and at near MSRP pricing. I started talking with Tim Bazinet during that week through email and i must say that buying that Soul the following weekend was a very good experience and I would send any and all my friends back to them. Tim and his associates are very good people to do business with. And, on side note, they knew about the features and operations of the automobiles they are selling. More
