I recently stopped by Myrtle Beach KIA to look at the 2013 Alien Green KIA Soul that I had seen on TV. It was love at first sight. What an experience. I have not encountered a more enjoyable experience than I received at Myrtle Beach KIA. After a brief description, discussion, and financing options, I was offered a deal I could not refuse, by Chris Mitchell. Within a couple hours my new KIA Soul was cleaned, filled with gas (a big plus) my plate switched (no Dealer Tags) and Chris even helped us move all of our things from my trade-in to my new car. We actually drove the car home the same day! The next day we were invited back so that the service people could better explain all the wonderful features of my new KIA Soul. Besides a 10-year, 100,000 mile warranty, I also will receive my oil changes and tire rotations at the same KIA Dealership, at a minimum cost to me. What a convenience and peace of mind knowing my new Kia Soul will be well taken care of. This KIA Soul even has a special feature, if you are stalled in traffic or at a traffic light the motor cuts off. Once you move your foot off of the brake it takes off again, conserving gas. As a Retiree it just doesn't get any better than this. I highly recommend Myrtle Beach KIA and hope if you can stop by, you will say hi to Chris, Ben, Don, and Scott, I cannot thank them enough for making this deal possible. Because of my Kia's beautiful Alien Green color, I have dubbed it "ET". My son has taken it on a short road trip before I take my planned trips. When he left I told him; "ET phone home". My experience began via the internet when I made an inquiry to the dealership about a particular make and model. This is how I came to work with Tim Bazinet. He responded to every question I had in a inquiry to the dealership about a particular make and model. This is how I came to work with Tim Bazinet. He responded to every question I had in a timely manner and followed through by contacting us by phone prior to our coming to the dealership. We live 90 minutes from the dealership but were willing to make the trip in part due to Tim's level of confidence that he could place us in the right vehicle. Upon arriving to the dealership we were greated by other sales reps very kindly and all seemed to know of our pending arrival. Tim worked with us closely and was extremely knowledgable and able to answer all of our questions. Although we went to the dealership expecting to purchase a car we ultimately ended up leasing. This was something that had never been introduced to us at our local dealership, Stevenson Kia. Overall the dealership, the manager whose name escapes me (Tim's brother), the finance manager and our salesman Tim made this a pleasant experience and we would have no problem recommending it to our friends and family. Tim was extremely warm, professional and made us feel very comfortable, not pressured at all. More
Our experience with BILLY BURR at MYRTLE BEACH KIA was exceptional. His knowledge and friendly personality was instrumental in our decision to buy a KIA. However, because we live in NJ, the hassle of buy exceptional. His knowledge and friendly personality was instrumental in our decision to buy a KIA. However, because we live in NJ, the hassle of buying in SC wasn't feasible with tax and insurance regulations here in NJ. Other states may not have as many restrictions and rules.
