I talked to Greg about it. He informed me that he had been in contact with & relayed that Kia keeps sending us a brake hose instead of the part we need. He explained that Kia has an issue within their catalog, so the part number associated with the needed part is incorrect. Parts reordered the part number listed to see if there was a potential for a boxing issue, but the same hose came in. I am very sorry for the inconvenience, and I understand that this is frustrating. Our parts department opened a case with Kia because something is inaccurate on Kia's end. Until that is fixed, we cannot access the correct part. When that will be is solely determined by Kia USA. Again, I am sorry that this is happening. Hopefully Kia can resolve this quickly.
