OK, I know I sound like I'm bragging, but I can't even describe this car adequately. As for Keith, you can expect that he will be in constant contact with you, even after the sale is complete. He is always only a phone call away. For anyone who has had to deal with the dreaded F&I manager, have no fears. Kind, compassionate and no pressure. Mike will just want to make sure you have everything you need to complete the sale without pressuring up sales. We did accept two options because they worked for our needs, but I know he would have been just as accommodating if we did not purchase any of the options. Everyone at this dealership is exceptional. Kia sorento sx with a a faulty check valve hose on the brake booster. Started this issue 10-24 and has continued to date with 4 visits to dealership only to be told the part ordered was not correct and ha brake booster. Here are the dates that it has taken to deal with this Kia part which as of today is the part needed . 10-24,10-31, 11-1,11-7,11-14,11-17,11-28. Still the service agent cannot tell me when or if they will get the correct part. Absolutely stupid More
