We are a KIA family, from our first KIA, the Sportage in 1997. We moved here July 2021 and needed a new van, so we went to Myrtle Beach KIA and luck having it we met Rich Rizzo. We instantly felt like he w 1997. We moved here July 2021 and needed a new van, so we went to Myrtle Beach KIA and luck having it we met Rich Rizzo. We instantly felt like he was part of our family. Rich couldn't have been nicer. We bought a Sedona and last month we got the Seltos (our 6th KIA). We have brought out Sedona and Forte in for service and it was a pleasure. Coming from New York where they aren't as nice or honest, this was a wonderful experience for us. Everyone made us feel welcome and important from the front office, financing, to service. We really appreciate you all. Thank you for making our car dealership experience an awesome one. We have recommended you with flying colors. We can't say enough. Thank ya'll!! More

Brand new Telluride purchased at this dealer can't get my vehicle in for 6 weeks for servicing. After service manager Wood went through list of trouble getting technicians , people coming from out of state e vehicle in for 6 weeks for servicing. After service manager Wood went through list of trouble getting technicians , people coming from out of state etc. I replied that I'm hearing excuses not solutions to which he got insulted raised his voice took a demeaning tone and told me that when I Have something constructive to say to help their situation I could feel free to call. Paid 5000 over msrp which o was fine with but being treated poorly insulted and they still can't service my wife's car . Run awafrom this dealer and Be very Wary of KIA . That warranty is worthless if their dealers are incapable of taking care of their clients .Brian O'Connor More
