The only gripe I have is that they don’t educate the sales and service staff ahead of time when new technology vehicles come in. I came in with a question on my new vehicle and the service advisor should have been lessoned on the updating process. I don’t blame the dealer I blame Kia for not educating the staff. This could lesson jam ups for the shop techs and make customers a lot happier. Thank you More
