He was diligent in getting back to me when I had a ton of questions and was extremely patient and respectful. He was able to do a lot of prepping for paperwork over the phone so when we went to go pick up the vehicle he knew we couldn’t stay long having a busy toddler. He not only had everything prepared and ready for us, but he also walked me through all the features on the vehicle and got me all set up to get us on our way.
