From the beginning of my experience to the point that I drove off in my new (to me) car, Errick made my first car-buying experience as painless & fun as possible. Chris in finance was amazing as well, and even let me son draw with the document signing pad and printed it for him after. Errick was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I expressed interest in. I worked with him over the phone for about a week and a half before deciding to buy a 2019 Sorento, and during that week and a half, my texts and calls were answered in a very timely manner. Errick kept me updated on inventory throughout that time period as well, too. Errick talked to me about all of the features on my vehicle and demonstrated many them to me. He is very personable and a great conversationalist, which is so very vital in sales. Overall, my experience was EXCELLENT with Errick, Chris, and Myrtle Beach Kia in general.
