Joe is NOT your typical "car salesman". He doesn't use high pressure tactics and makes you feel so comfortable. It is evident he cares about his customers and believes in and fully knows his product. I got a smokin' deal on my KIA Sportage and was so grateful and extremely impressed with the assistance that both Joe and Tim in finance gave me. I just moved to SC from NJ and had not yet switched over my driver's license. Due to multiple ways my condo address was listed, DMV denied giving me a customer number. Everyone at Myrtle Beach KIA tried for hours to rectify to no avail and I had to leave empty handed (but Joe gave me a nice surprise which I thoroughly enjoyed later that evening...lol). The good news is I went to DMV the next day, got my license and was able to drive away with my new wheels. Hats off to both Joe and Tim for going above and beyond and making this previous Jersey Girl a happy Carolina Girl with her brand new beautiful 2021 KIA Sportage! More
