I went to the Kia Dealership today to check the status of

Ed a Senior Advisor was very rude, stating Kia is putting a new engine in my car at no charge, the parts haven't been ordered yet (since July) he doesn't know when it would be ready and if Kia hadn't extended the warranty well, I would basically be s***t out of luck! His attitude stated Kia was doing me a favor so no matter how long it takes, you wait. I explained to Ed, I make my car payment every month and the engine failure was no fault of mine! My daughter works fulltime and in college. I work fulltime and one car is not cutting it. He could care less! They don't provide a rental/courtesy car. Every other car that come in has priority over cars waiting on engines bc they have none or simply haven't placed an order for one for engine fails, that are no fault of the owner! I'm reaching out to the Corporate office as I make everyone aware of the customer service provided to consumers. Not acceptable!
