Kia sorento sx with a a faulty check valve hose on the brake booster. Started this issue 10-24 and has continued to date with 4 visits to dealership only to be told the part ordered was not correct and ha brake booster. Started this issue 10-24 and has continued to date with 4 visits to dealership only to be told the part ordered was not correct and had to be reordered. Here are the dates that it has taken to deal with this Kia part which as of today is the part needed . 10-24,10-31, 11-1,11-7,11-14,11-17,11-28. Still the service agent cannot tell me when or if they will get the correct part. Absolutely stupid More

When I entered the service department I was greeted very nicely. My name was taken and I was told about how long it would be and was shown to the waiting area.
