Instead I felt rushed alone with the sense of being an inconvenience due to the fact of arriving 30 mins prior to 7pm closing time. Initially I had to wait until someone informed me the vehicle was available which was well after opening time of 10am, I traveled through inclement weather only to be told if I did not arrive by 6:30pm I would not be able to test drive because none of the managers were willing to wait. Blessed! I made it by 6:23pm! ~ I recommend reasonable leniency for those who may have to travel from distant areas ~ I was assured my deposit back at time of purchase, however after waiting for certain documents to be sent from dealer, delaying time I had to pick the vehicle up from a shopping center and advised all signed papers alone with my check would be sent overnight the following day which happened 2 days later all because I, a second time drove through thunderstorms storms, had to stop for fuel, arriving at 8:08pm. Oh, my newly purchased vehicle was on “E” leaving me an oop expense that should have been taken care of prior to me arriving ~ My overall all experience was worth the unnecessary disappointments.
