I inquired at Nye Ford about a 2022 Ford F-150 and was blessed that Alisha Zawada answered my internet request. She answered my many questions by both phone and text promptly and competently. We set up an in person look at the vehicle and she explained the various features to me and her knowledge of the vehicle and its features impressed me greatly. I was an easy sale on the truck bur Alishia made it easier as she was professional, easy to work with and so nice. I noticed a decal had been left off the tailgate of the truck and Alishia quickly contacted parts and service. The decal was in stock and the service department quickly installed the decal - even though it was 4:30 in the afternoon! After I picked up the truck she has continued to answer my questions that have come up. I can't recommend Alisha enough! I have never had a more pleasant vehicle buying experience ever. Can I put more than five stars down please ? More

Made appointment for service for 12/7 when I arrived they said it was cancelled. I was told the called my wife when I asked her she received no call. We brought the car in May 2021 since then the car was ser said it was cancelled. I was told the called my wife when I asked her she received no call. We brought the car in May 2021 since then the car was serviced for front brake problem no I cannot drive the car because of the brake issue . I have to wait until the 16th to have it serviced. I know things happen but to said they called someone on the day the car was to be looked to cancel not a good way I had to cancel an appointment because the car cannot be driven with the noise coming from the back also the car is under warranty More
