Mistakes were made at every step of the process. I was not offered initially the option of putting a deposit down on a truck which was in the build stage. 2 months after that when I visited the dealership a second time that was offered and the truck came in 4 months in after that. The process at NYE was a bit bumpy at first, but once I got to Tom everything was smooth. His approach is not they typical car sale experience.
