I'm never hesitate to return to Nye Toyota in Oneida. Service is excellent, and salespeople are friendly and casual. Years ago I bought a car from NYE Ford in Rome wonderful experience. Oneida awful given a date for undercoating cancelled by them. LoJack issue talked with NYE they did nothing to correct issue. I had to call LoJack to find out they had never transferred it to me still under dealership. On line contact was told someone would look into issues, never got back to me. More

Always treated very well at Nye. Courtney, CJ, everyone. I miss my salesman who must have moved in, but, again, excellent care. THIS is why I go to Nye. Adds value to my car to have the work done there and they do a comprehensive job of looking over the entire car every time I go.
