Salesman was polite, respectful, and helpful. The buying experience was pretty smooth. Couple of things that I did not like. First they add stuff to the car when they get the cars on the lot, when you go look to buy they make you pay for it. This is not a good buissness practice. Second is not necessarily their fault, prices on everything are high, however the car I bought is a 2020 which brand new in 2020 was 16,600 base model msrp. The price they had on it in jan 2024 was 17,800, three years old with 35,000 miles on it. Now as I said everything right now is high. I have bought about four cars from nye, and I usually make out ok. Service after the sale is pretty good. Most dealers are not good at all after buying. Nye is pretty good at taking care of issues for you after you leave. I recommend buying here, just do some homework on other dealers prices and market values before buying. More
