Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! How does one describe one of the most awful experiences imaginable. I went in to purchase a used Suburban from the Nalley Acura dealership. The dealer How does one describe one of the most awful experiences imaginable. I went in to purchase a used Suburban from the Nalley Acura dealership. The dealership worse than low balled me on my trade in. I will say the salesman Chris Pugh was accommodating and worked with me. We had the deal “half” done but my wife was unable to come with me to the dealership. Since the deal was “half” done and my trade in was already in their “possession” Nalley had me take the “new” car home and return 3 days later with my wife to complete the deal. Mind you, I was still not happy nor was my wife with the trade in offer. I contacted the dealership and told them we were not happy with the deal and would be returning the vehicle. In the mean time another local dealership had offered me $2,000 more for my trade, they hadn’t even looked at. When I brought the vehicle back I was met by a very aggressive sales manager Charles Wilson demanding that I pay them $522 dollars for the services they did to my trade in. I told him that I would not pay because we had not even finalized the deal for the new car. I reminded him that services to my car were not my responsibility nor did I ask to have repairs of any kind made. To add fuel to the fire, Mr. Wilson refused to give me my car back until I paid for “repairs” but the dealership could not give me an itemized receipt of services they claimed to have completed. Mr. Charles Wilson said that I had to take his word for it. He was very aggressive and threatening with me then went and hid in his office and refused to give me my car until charges were paid. Chris Pugh the salesman then went to another source and was able to provide an itemized list of the services. Charles Wilson claimed the dealership replaced brakes. I know for a fact they brakes were not replaced. The vehicle had after market wheels that had specific lug nuts that required a key to remove. This key was still in my possession and there was no way to remove the wheels to get to the brakes. Moral of the story, Nalley Acura treated me horribly, strong armed me, held my vehicle hostage and stole $500 dollars from me for services that were not completed. I will escalate and keep escalating until I get the results that will satisfy this terrible experience. I have had very pleasant experiences purchasing vehicles from other Nalley locations but I would never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this location. More
Extra effort Chris was referred by a friend in the car business and he exceeded expectations. We choose a used car at another Nalley dealership and Chris picked it Chris was referred by a friend in the car business and he exceeded expectations. We choose a used car at another Nalley dealership and Chris picked it up personally and and brought it to his store. We took the vehicle on a test drive and to our mechanic for an inspection. Everything checked out well. Chris got us a good price and gave us trade-in credit for our used up 292K mile truck. His also helped after the sale. The used vehicle had been turned in at the other dealer with only one key FOB. He worked back through channels and got the original owner to return the other FOB plus owner's manuals and the original sticker. We greatly appreciate his hard work and will refer him to everyone. More
