Al was very friendly and transparent about what actually needed to be done. I was presented with the pricing estimates upfront, which I really appreciated, and I felt that the cost was appropriate. (I was actually a little surprised it wasn't more). The service was quick and thorough and they did a great job cleaning my car. Al walked me through everything once the service was complete, walked me to my car and sent me on my way with a smile. I was also happy to find a discount coupon for my next service in my car. Very happy with my experience and will definitely be visiting Al and the team for my next service! More

Al has been our Nalley Acura service manager since we moved to Georgia, seven years ago. Repairs are always fairly priced and efficiently performed, and the people there couldn't be nicer. We are extremely pleased with our most recent visit. Al and the mechanics chased down a puzzling problem with our old A/C, and they put everything right again, at a very reasonable price. Thanks, Al. Very impolite and aloof! I have owned a car for most of adult life, so when shopping for a new car I was quite apprehensive about my car buying experience. I went to this deal I have owned a car for most of adult life, so when shopping for a new car I was quite apprehensive about my car buying experience. I went to this dealership based on reviews and recommendations, but was utterly turned-off by the demeanor of my Sales Rep. While it started off well; I saw and test drove a car that I really liked. The Sales Rep made remarks about not needing my sale and began bashing the competition. This was supposed to be a personalized experience to suit my needs, but instead I felt dismissed. This may be a good dealership, but David was not a great representation of the establishment. I left and got much better service at another Acura dealership! More
Dishonest and rude Leased my first Acura here 2 months ago. I was never informed that the car does not come with a spare tire. Got a flat last night. Tried to call Acura Leased my first Acura here 2 months ago. I was never informed that the car does not come with a spare tire. Got a flat last night. Tried to call Acura Roadside Assistance. I was on hold for 30 mins. So, I called Statefarm to come put my spare on that I assumed was in the trunk. When Statefarm got there, the discovered there is no spare. By this time it was dark, and all tire shops were closed. I had to either wait another couple hours to have my car towed or pay over $350 for a guy to come take my rim to one of his tire trucks and put a new one on. When I called Acura today to ask why they did not make me aware of this, and let them know that I was on the side of the road, the manager was very dismissive. His response was that he would have a talk with the salesman, and that they could sell me a spare kit for $600. More

Ed Wilkey is the best! Ed Wilkey and I became acquainted when carmax failed three times to correct a squeak in the engine of my 2006 mdx. Not being a top tier customer, I a Ed Wilkey and I became acquainted when carmax failed three times to correct a squeak in the engine of my 2006 mdx. Not being a top tier customer, I anticipated getting so so service. On the contrary, Ed treated me with courtesy, professionalism and friendliness. He dealt with the warranty company without complaint. I was set up with an awesome loaner vehicle too. I didn't want to get the call that my old girl was ready, but it came in two short days. That was just my first experience. We have been back several times, either for recalls or repair visits. One gloomy morning on my way to work, every light on my dashboard lit up. I called Ed, he said get off the highway now, your alternator is going bad. I did, and coasted safely into a lit parking lot. I call him my hero now. He literally may have saved my life, as I was on 75, in the middle lanes, at rush hour. Not a good place to lose power. Nowadays, the mdx runs better than when we bought it. Looks better too. I cannot recommend working with Ed Wilkey enough! He is an exemplary service professional. More
