Calm, hassle free. My wife and I were looking for a new car and we were approached by mayo. She was super helpful and very nice. She wasn't pushy at all. During the paper work process she was on point and knew her stuff. The only reason why I'm not rating this a 5 star rating is because there was a miscommunication on the protection plan service. We told mayo we wanted it taken off the price. It was 1200 dollars! When we went in to the financial office and started the final paperwork it was still showing up. We explained to gene that we wanted it taken off and he insisted that we keep it on because the lender ally likes to see protection. We really wanted our monthly payment lower and this would impact the price per month payment. Overall it was a great experience compared to other dealers. Gene and mayo were pleasant to work with and I would recommend them to family and friends. More

I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by the receptionist, I told her I was there to see Charles Wilson. Mr. Wilson came out and instantly told me that Chris Pugh would be assisting me. He was very polite. He asked if I would like to test drive the vehicle. He made me feel very comfortable as if we’d already met. I test drove it, walked around it and looked down at the rims. Lol! I instantly noticed that it wasn’t the vehicle that I requested online. Red flags popped up in my head. I’m like oh lord they’re trying to trick me. He instantly went to get the one I wanted. He apologized. I test drove it and loved it. Mr. Pugh is a great salesman. He was professional and made sure I understood and was knowledgeable about every detail regarding my MDX! He was patient and very kind. I had never been to a dealership before b/c we’ve always bought cash cars. I will definitely be back once my fiancé decide what type of vehicle he wants. If you ever go to Nalley Acura in Marietta, Ga please ask for Mr. Pugh. I actually went back the next day to ask a few questions. He literally sat in the vehicle with me for almost an hour to make sure everything was perfectly fine. It was like an Acura MDX class 101! My first experience was absolutely the best experience. Chandra M. Mayo is the best thing at Nalley Acura!!! There are not enough stars provided to describe our level of service or to sing the praises of the type of person Chandra Mayo is. Although it was 20 or so minutes til closing, she pushed through like a champ and made sure we were comfortable and got what we wanted. Most importantly, Mayo listened to us. In today's car shopping climate, this is almost unheard of! She also educated us on ALL aspects of the vehicle so we essentially knew how to navigate the vehicle's functions before leaving the lot! I must say, I was most surprised when she helped to sync my phone to the blue tooth system - this, for me, is unheard of. Ultimately, Mayo had our best interest at heart and we all truly clicked. My husband and I have never left a lot feeling so secure and confident. We are absolutely in love with our Acura RDX and I couldn't have been lead to a better soul to exceed our expectations.
