Ed Wilkey and I became acquainted when carmax failed three times to correct a squeak in the engine of my 2006 mdx. Not being a top tier customer, I anticipated getting so so service. On the contrary, Ed treated me with courtesy, professionalism and friendliness. He dealt with the warranty company without complaint. I was set up with an awesome loaner vehicle too. I didn't want to get the call that my old girl was ready, but it came in two short days. That was just my first experience. We have been back several times, either for recalls or repair visits. One gloomy morning on my way to work, every light on my dashboard lit up. I called Ed, he said get off the highway now, your alternator is going bad. I did, and coasted safely into a lit parking lot. I call him my hero now. He literally may have saved my life, as I was on 75, in the middle lanes, at rush hour. Not a good place to lose power. Nowadays, the mdx runs better than when we bought it. Looks better too. I cannot recommend working with Ed Wilkey enough! He is an exemplary service professional.
