""EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE""

CHRIS PUGH HAS REALLY AMAZED ME. HE HAS BEEN GOING ABOVE & BEYOND TO ENSURE THAT EVERY ISSUE THAT I'VE CONTACTED HIM ABOUT IS SOLVED. I'M SO HAPPY THAT THE MOST HIGH GUIDED ME TO THIS LOCATION. IT HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. WHEN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE CHRIS REASSURED ME THAT I COULD CONTACT HIM FOR ANY QUESTIONS, WEEKS OR MONTHS AFTERWARDS. HERE WE ARE ALMOST 2 MONTHS LATER, I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO OPERATE MY GPS. CHRIS ASKED COULD I BRING MY SUV IN THE NEXT DAY. I ARRIVED & CHRIS IMMEDIATELY WALKED OUT TO MY VEHICLE TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS FOR THE SECOND TIME. I REALLY APPRECIATED HIM BEING SO KIND AND PATIENT. HE MAKES YOU FEEL IMPORTANT. WHENEVER I ASK CHRIS SOMETHING AND HE DOESN'T KNOW THE ANSWER TO THE QUESTION, HE CONTACTS SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY HELP WITH THE ISSUE. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE CHRIS PUGH IN THIS WORLD WHO LOVES THEIR JOB. ALWAYS WILLING TO PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST. THANKS NALLEY ACURA FOR HAVING SUCH A CHARISMATIC SALESMAN. My experience just keeps getting better!!! From the sales team to the service team- I couldn’t have asked for a better place then Nalley Acura. This is my first car and I don’t know much about the car business but I do know that everyone there takes time to explain everything to me and keeps me updated on everything to keep my car run smoothly! They go the extra mile to ensure that all your services are provided and simply checking to makesure everything is ok. They are always friendly and I feel more like family. Nalley Acura cares about your car but more importantly, they care about YOU! And experience everyone should have!

Mike is absolutely one of the best tech’s I have ever had work on my car. A professional with vast knowledge and the ability to properly diagnose and fix my car. All of the service personal were professional and courteous. Mike stood out because he is a master at what he does! Thanks for always taking care of my car needs and explaining to me what’s wrong and how your going to fix it.

"NALLEY AND DAVID FERREE ARE **AWESOME**"

No matter what the situation from a normal oil change to extensive maintenance Nalley is top notch in their service department. They always make you feel at home, keep you updated on the status of things, and do their best to be honest with how much time your service appointment will take. David is exceptional with his follow up. He won't force unnecessary work and he always explains why something needs to be done.

"NON-RESPONSIVE"

I'm very disappointed in the nonresponse to voicemails and emails that have been sent since purchasing my car. The driver's side doesn't lock with my key FOB. In the description of the car...it stated keyless entry. It will work after I pay someone to fix it. But I thought that Nalley Acura should be responsible for that since in the details of the car...it states keyless entry. I've already purchased the actuator ... now I just have to pay someone to put it in. I'm very disappointed that Christian nor Earl has called me back nor responded to emails. I paid cash for the car and I do love the way it looks and drives. Yes it is a used car...but I just wish I didn't have to already start spending money on it. This review is not about the car itself. This review reflects Nalley Acura only. Car purchased : 2008 Honda Accord Coupe

Alphonso was such a knowledgable technician. I brought my Mdx in after going to another dealership twice because I was hearing a strange noise, and after Alphonso looked at it, I haven't heard the noise since! He's awesome!

Took my car in for only it's second service since I've owned it and could not have been more pleased. Al was very friendly and transparent about what actually needed to be done. I was presented with the pricing estimates upfront, which I really appreciated, and I felt that the cost was appropriate. (I was actually a little surprised it wasn't more). The service was quick and thorough and they did a great job cleaning my car. Al walked me through everything once the service was complete, walked me to my car and sent me on my way with a smile. I was also happy to find a discount coupon for my next service in my car. Very happy with my experience and will definitely be visiting Al and the team for my next service!

"We Love Nalley Acura and Al McGowan"

Our 2002 TL Type S runs like a new car, and Al McGowan deserves a lot of the credit. Al has been our Nalley Acura service manager since we moved to Georgia, seven years ago. Repairs are always fairly priced and efficiently performed, and the people there couldn't be nicer. We are extremely pleased with our most recent visit. Al and the mechanics chased down a puzzling problem with our old A/C, and they put everything right again, at a very reasonable price. Thanks, Al. Thanks, Nalley.
