Horrible service and make the issue verse than before Worst experience and I don't recommend this service center for any kind of repairs. I went to this dealership as my car is slightly shaking when going Worst experience and I don't recommend this service center for any kind of repairs. I went to this dealership as my car is slightly shaking when going below 30mph. First when I entered the service center location. The front desk guy tells that they will do nominal checking first if they don't find the issue then they will be doing diagnostics. I don't understand what kind of knowledge they have, why do they need to check the engine diagnostics for assessing the issue with tires. Anyone with minimum knowledge and common sense can tell that it could be an issue with the wheel alignment. But this expert says that they have to do diagnostics and that costs 70$. I said the engine light is not on and also there isn't an issue with the engine then why do they have to do diagnostics. I strictly told them if at all required then let me know. Here comes the next step. The so-called service tech comes up with suggested repairs for a 40k mileage 2015 sonata. The rotor needs resurfacing (260$), tired need force balance (250$), bad battery(300$), engine oil(40$) and finally wheel alignment(75$). I don't have any issues with brakes and never had a starting problem. So there isn't a need for drums resurfacing and battery. But the tech suggested it. I have 17" basic tires and which were provided with car. Not sure why do those basic tires need a 250$ for balance. I recently changed the oil at a different Hyundai dealership and with put even looking at the oil interval sticker the tech suggests oil change and argues with me that it is just another 500$ away from oil change so I suggested it. I asked him to look at the oil change sticker once as I always keep a tab on oil change and I know that it has another 1400miles before oil change. He checked it and comes saying sorry I didn't check properly. Finally, the only thing that seems legitimate is wheel alignment. So I asked him to perform the wheel alignment. The so-called tech completed it in 15min and kept and car outside for delivery. I was surprised that he completed alignment in 15min. Thought he would have done it. I always check the tires before I took the car from the service center. So I checked it and found a nail in the back tire located towards the driving side. I am not sure what kind of inspection they do, because the wheel alignment actually involves the wheels which they have to observe but these people never do their job properly so didn't even observe the wheels properly. I asked the same to the guy who handover the keys to me, he looked at it and said will take care of the wheel. After that, they just removed the nail and gave back the car. As I didn't get a chance to drive slowly on road at the time of delivery, so just brought the car back to my office and in the evening I noticed that the vibration got verse and way too much than before. These dealership people are just greedy of money and never do their job, I never recommend this dealership again if you want work to be done and your car will never be in safe hands if you give it for repair in this center. More

The dealership personnel helpful, friendly,& conscientious Robert Rankins helped us by phone and email and had the car ready for the test drive when we arrived from out of state. But the best part was his level of coordination and communications to help us get the car transported and delivered to us in Alabama.
