Randomly, I discovered Dealer Rater and saw Nalley Hyundai was one of the highest rated dealerships, with great reviews for Destin Smith. I know now why; he’s the real deal. Destin made the entire experience both memorable and transparent. I arrived at Nalley, on a Monday, with the game plan of only test driving the car I saw online and I would make a purchase on Wednesday. Destin made the process so smooth and painless that I purchased the car that day. Any apprehension I felt when I arrived was gone by the end of the test drive. Destin was never pushy or “sales pitchy”, and allowed my questions to lead the interaction, what little questions I had because he thoroughly explained everything about the vehicle and the process. He even gave me some tips on improving my credit. After deciding to purchase the car, I was dreading the finance process. Amish was nice and friendly as well. We quickly came to agreeable terms.
