The service department and the mechanics are the worst. I’ve been to this dealership for 2 different problems and both times they weren’t able to fix it. I sent my car to Nalley Hyundai for a warranty fuel injection issue on 09/12/2022. I have called more than 25 times for an update on my vehicle and haven't received a call back on any type of status. I gave them some grace because of workforce issues but at this point i'm frustrated, upset and disappointed in how i've been treated. I have sent text messages, emails, calls and left NUMEROUS messages and haven't gotten any response and when I call Anthony the GM or Mo Berry the Service Manager I get " they are busy"..it has been 17 days and it is EXTREMELY hard for me to believe that anyone is that busy that I can't get a simple return call. I cannot speak about the sales department but the service department is subpar at best. I'll give another update in a few days. More
