READ THIS BEFORE YOU TRAVEL TO THIS DEALERSHIP! The WORST experience I’ve ever had. The people that work here have absolutely NO morals. I was in the market for a new car because it had been 11 years since I experience I’ve ever had. The people that work here have absolutely NO morals. I was in the market for a new car because it had been 11 years since I purchased a car. I wanted to get the best deal and rate so I had been shopping around to see what the best price was. Nalley “claimed” to have the best rate. I went through the online process where they ran my credit TWICE and I asked the salesmen about the amount that he said my car note would be and if it was actually correct. He assured me that it was correct that the most that it would change is $20-$30. I traveled 2.5 hours just to arrive at the dealership and realize EVERYTHING was a lie. The online applications that I had done that showed approvals were false. All of it was smoke and mirrors although they did pull my credit because I got the alerts. They wasted 4 hours of my time and ended up going to the car that I really wanted from a local dealership. The people here are corrupt and have NO PROBLEMS lying to you. I guess they work by get them in the dealership by any means necessary because they’ll purchase a car once they’re here. They should be ashamed of themself. Hyundai should really examine the people that work in that dealership because they experience alone almost made me say that I’ll never purchase one. More
