I told them my check engine light was on they Charged me $282 for a diagnostic& oil change… did my oil change first just to find out I my oil gasket needed replacing and all the oil they put in my car leake $282 for a diagnostic& oil change… did my oil change first just to find out I my oil gasket needed replacing and all the oil they put in my car leaked back out and still got charged $79 for an oil change to still not have oil in my car. Told me I needed to change other things for me to tell them I got those things fixed recently and said mmm “maybe you don’t need this done” I thought the diagnostic helps to pinpoint issues? Why is there so much uncertainty if they are trained professionals? More
Based strictly on my last visit would not recommend. Was the first one there that morning. Only wanted brake pads. I was there for 5 hours with no explanation for the long wait time.
