Bogus oil change Bought a used infinity that had 5100 miles on the odometer it was a “Certified Pre Owned” vehicle. Part of this certification was an oil change. The Bought a used infinity that had 5100 miles on the odometer it was a “Certified Pre Owned” vehicle. Part of this certification was an oil change. The oil in this vehicle was black when I checked it at 5370 miles. The oil quantity was also low. I contacted management and they pointed to the CPO paperwork as evidence that the oil was changed. I offered to bring the black oil to them for inspection but have not heard back from them. Wonder how many other CPO vehicles didn’t receive the service indicated in their paperwork. More
