It was was a pleasurable experience to work with Darryl. - gilbertb615

It was was a pleasurable experience to work with Darryl. His calming, no pressure attitude plus his knowledge of the inventory and it's features make for a relatively quick and easy transaction! The service department also performed some outstanding work we requested to close out our deal. A big shout out to David Cook, Jana Tahirovich, and Kervin Karrington as well. One of our best buying experiences we have ever had at a dealership.

We just purchased our 5th INFINITI from Roswell INFINITI - shanaG8R

We just purchased our 5th INFINITI from Roswell INFINITI over the past 12 years, and that says everything about the experience we've had with this dealership. Our relationship with Roswell INFINITI started when our kids were young. Back then, we were in the stage of life where we were saving for things like braces and carefully watching every dollar. Fast forward 12 years, and we're now empty nesters and we're still choosing Roswell INFINITI for our vehicles. The biggest reason we keep coming back is the entire team makes the process stress free, honest, and fair. In an industry where that can be difficult to find, Roswell INFINITI consistently treats us with respect and makes us feel like valued customers rather than just another sale. We also want to give a special thank you to Elizabeth, who has been with us for 4 of our last 5 INFINITI purchases. Elizabeth knows how to treat people with the utmost respect, listens to what we need, very knowledge of the different vehicles and makes the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism and genuine approach are a huge reason we continue to come back. After 12 years and 5 vehicles, we can honestly say that we have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Roswell INFINITI to anyone looking for a dealership where you're treated fairly and where the people genuinely care about their customers. Thank you to Elizabeth and the entire Roswell INFINITI team for taking care of our family all these years.

Nice salesman slow process happy with purchase. - georgeetaylor

Nice salesman slow process happy with purchase. Easy to find dealership. Clean showroom. Speeding up process would be nice especially with cash purchase.

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 - Gabriel Liranzo

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.
