I had my heart set on a QX80 after laying eyes on one almost 6 years ago. I have never owned a luxury car and I had never bought a new car straight off of the lot. I was worried about the whole process based on horror stories from friends when they bought cars from other dealerships. I went online to Truecar.com to look at vehicles and to get an idea of the price I should pay. I was contacted by Nalley INFINITI and decided to go and test drive my dream car. Nicole met me and my whole family that evening with 30 minutes before closing time. She was patient and kind and I never felt rushed even though they had closed at 8pm. I didn't even go through a hard negotiation process. She met me at the price I needed and had found online immediately. I was shocked! I was expecting a lot of back and forth and frustration and that just didn't happen. Nicole was so easy to work with! I also appreciate Stasha. She was super informative and helpful in the finance portion of the purchase and she even helped ease my fear of the center console by letting me know that it could be removed. She was knowledgeable about the financial side of the deal but also about the car itself. These two woman stayed late with me and my family and I am grateful! I was overwhelmed with joy when I got to sit in my new vehicle that I literally cried. Nicole was there and gave me a hug! It felt like I was sitting with a friend throughout the process!
