WAS a fan of this dealer. No more. This has been my go-to since I purchased a pre-owned Infiniti M35X almost 2 years ago. I brought her there for every oil change and was so happy with the service that they performed. Unfortunately- on January 23rd, a FedEx truck ran a red light and totaled my M35, I had to find another Infiniti. I settled on a M45S, same color, 4 years newer, 50k less miles. So proud of the Infiniti M line and series. I took this one for its first oil change since I bought it in January. I knew one of the valve covers had a SMALL leak. (I've been around cars my entire life) On my concrete garage floor and driveway, there have been zero oil spots. Only condensation from running the A/C. They changed my oil, and instead of doing the usual "check all of these things we recommend", I was told you're good to go. They did mention my drain plug was stripped, and that an aftermarket drain plug was in the oil drain pan. But they could fix it for a little over $960.00 >:-( Ever since then, I have had constant oil on my driveway and garage floor. I check the dipstick daily to make sure the oil isn't leaking out. I crawled underneath the car, removed the plastic cowling that covers the engine, and checked the plug. It is tight, and nothing about it suggests that it is lose. I don't know what was done, or what happened, but I will never use this dealership again. More

Easiest car purchasing/leasing experience I've ever had! I previously leased a QX60 FWD. Leasing a FWD was a mistake for me because I live in a hilly area. In December 2018 I attempted to trade my leased Q I previously leased a QX60 FWD. Leasing a FWD was a mistake for me because I live in a hilly area. In December 2018 I attempted to trade my leased QX60 in early, but none of the three dealerships I contacted could make it happen. Fast forward to this past Friday. I received a phone call from Nicole King at Nalley Infiniti Marietta. She asked if I was still interested and said she could get me the deal I wanted. I was very doubtful, but I agreed to go see her the next day. When I arrived she was with another customer, so she had her partner, Cedric Harvey assist me. We looked at the QX80 and the QX60. Cedric was very knowledgeable on both. At closing time Cedric asked "If we agree on the terms, are you willing to sign the papers tonight?" I was. Cedric only had to go to the finance manager twice before I accepted the terms ... terms so good that I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop!! I trade vehicles every 2-3 years and I have never had such an easy car buying/leasing experience. Nicole checked in on us every so often during the time we were at the dealership while Cedric closed the deal. The dealership closed at 6pm, but all involved in the deal stayed with me until I drove off the lot in a new QX60 at 9:30pm. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the people who work there. I highly recommend Nalley Infiniti Marietta, especially Nicole King and Cedric Harvey! More
