I recently had a service scheduled and got a call from Larry Jamison from Sales to see if I was ready to upgrade. It was good timing as I was ready. Larry was very professional and helpful in getting me the car I wanted -he had to 'find' it as it wasn't on the Nalley lot. He was not pushy in any way and was open to my thoughts and opinions. Easy & Professional Experience Went into the dealership after a lunch meeting to look at a new Q50 after checking out other vehicles in the same class. I usually do not get a lot of respect at dealerships as I look younger but I was paired up with Alex Squire and instantly felt more appreciated, respected, and valuable at the Nalley INFINITI than at the competitors. Alex took the time to understand features that were preferred versus required to me and then we spent probably an hour test driving the vehicle to play with drive modes and test different roads and speeds. When we finished I told him I had limited time and didn't want to argue about numbers like I had done elsewhere the night before. They instantly brought me a fair price on the vehicle without even asking for my credit and after a few tweaks had everything ready to go. The entire process was so professional, smooth, and made me feel like I got a good deal without having to strangle someone. Everyone from sales, to management, to finance was a true pleasure to work with and I will highly recommend. More
