Absolutely Amazing Unbeatable Service!! I had an Acura TL Type S that I loved but was having some minor issues with. Since my extended warranty was expired I was straddling the fence if I s I had an Acura TL Type S that I loved but was having some minor issues with. Since my extended warranty was expired I was straddling the fence if I should get a newer car or not. I felt nothing less than Welcomed when I came to Nalley Infiniti Marietta. Greg Charley was my salesman and his service was Absolutely Amazing! I was on my way to the mechanic shop and decided to call Nalley Infiniti Marietta when I drove by. I called and spoke to Greg over the phone. I explained my situation of how I was aware I would have some issues with negative equity. Greg said he has helped people in worst situations and should at least stop by. I said why not give it a shot and made a U-turn. Greg was very polite and as soon as I got there we went to used cars to see if I liked anything on the lot. That's when I actually took a closer look at the Infiniti Q50. I have always liked the style and look of the Q50, but never thought it would be in my price range. After appraising my TL Greg said it would be better for me to look at New Cars. Even though I have a decent income, I was skeptical because I didn't think my credit would be good enough. Not only was Greg able to get me financing, I also had an option of leasing a 2018 Q50. I was ecstatic when Greg told me he could get me into a lease. I've always wanted to lease because it gives you the opportunity to stay current with a new car every 2 to 3 years without the worry of having to deal with negative equity upon trade-in. Even though it was close to closing, I never felt rushed about making a decision on which Q50 to choose. I was able to go on a test drive and Greg made sure I saw EVERY car on the lot! We walked the lot (in the rain) because I was indecisive of the color I liked. Greg also pulled up the inventory online to make sure I saw every Q50 available. Even if I saw something at another location that I liked, He could get it shipped there. I saw the dark grey (graphite shadow) online that was in the back. Greg went and got the car so I could see it and when I saw it... I was sold! Even though I was already sold that color, we sat in the car and he went over every detail about the car. The service department was closed by this time, but Greg still explained the service process. Everyone there was wonderful. The General Sales Manger, Corey Russell and the Finance Manager, Paul Mitchell were absolutely wonderful and accommodating as well. The dealership was closed and I’m sure they were all ready to leave, but their hospitality never reflected that. In the past I have only been able to get a “used” car and being able to purchase my first “New” Car with only 7 Miles on it was nothing less than a BLESSING! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience at Nalley Infiniti Marrietta and I plan on upgrading with Nalley when my lease is up. I will definitely recommend any and every one who is looking for a new or used car to Nalley Infiniti Marietta and make sure they ask for Greg Charley! More
