I needed help finding a used car after my daughter had an accident and I found one on the Nalley Infinity web site and wen Bob Leyda was a life saver. Bob was the first person I met on the lot and he performed a small miracle. Within 48 hours I drove it home, Signed , Sealed and Delivered. His knowledge and professionalism made the transaction a very pleasant experience. He took a personal interest in not only the questions I had , but when my daughter came in he was extremely patient walking her through the steps of the process. It was very comforting to me to have Bob on my team. He was so easy to talk with and made positive suggestions to help us with all our questions. Bob did an outstanding job in helping us and we are now " Raving Fan's ". Kudos's also to Mary who helped us at the end of the process. I was looking for a specific color and set of options . the other dealerships were telling me to choose another color since the specific color was not available, however Larry Jamison the sales consultant with Nalley Infiniti of Marietta searched through the inventory of other dealerships that they partner with and found the exact car that I was looking for in Florida and also offered me the best price between what others offered. Larry was very efficient, polite, kind and knowledgeable. I was Extremely satisfied with my experience with Larry Jamison and the dealership.I received my new car last week and enjoying drive. When we got there, we met Gerald and he found out that the car was at a sister dealership down the road. He personally went and picked up the car and brought it back to Infiniti for us to see. After negotiations, we purchased the vehicle. It was a great experience and everyone there were very kind and helpful. I talked with Mr. Charley over the phone three days before I went to purchase our new 2018 Inif Please go and see Gregory Charley at Nalley Inifiniti. I talked with Mr. Charley over the phone three days before I went to purchase our new 2018 Inifiniti QX-80 . I expressed to him what all I wanted in the QX-80 / what price range I wanted to stay in and he quoted me that price over the phone. That same day the General Sales Manager Cory Russell called me and asked me what did they have to do earn my business and I said to him give me the vehicle the priced that I discussed with Mr. Charley and his response was trust me and come to the store tomorrow and you will get the vehicle at that price. The next day me and my family drove down to Nalley Inifiniti and from the time I walked in and sat in Mr. Charley office all I had to do was start signing papers because everything we discussed over the phone the day prior was on paper waiting for me to review and purchase the vehicle. Initially they did not have the vehicle I was looking for but the GM Sales Manager Cory Russell told me when he called me they would go and find the vehicle and have it waiting for me the next morning. Me and my family was getting ready to get on the road and head down to Nalley Inifniti and I received a email from Mr. Charley with a video of the vehicle they had went and got from another location and telling me that they were getting it cleaned up and will be waiting for me to get there to pick up our vehicle. They were very professional and had outstanding customer service. They finance manager Mary Sullivan spent a great deal of time explaining the extended warranty package, and the maintenance service package, I was not going to purchase the extended warranty package at first but after she showed me everything in great details, I purchased the extended warranty package, the service package ,and GAP insurance at a lower price than what I would have paid if I waited to purchase it at a later time. The experience with Nalley Inifiniti was unmatched and the best by far. Nalley Inifiniti has earned my business for a long long time.
