Although you provided the below statement in your previous email to me, your dealers I purchased a vehicle on December 11, 2015 at your dealership. Although you provided the below statement in your previous email to me, your dealership DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. "We are the number one Infiniti Dealership in Georgia. We will beat all Infiniti Dealership offers on new vehicles by $750.00 Call our Internet Director Fred McClure today for your appointment." Fred McClure Internet Manager 404-376-3416 or 770-281-8629. I provided you with an offer from Nalley Infiniti of Decatur for the same vehicle, same exact features, of $33, 340.00 MINUS your $750.00, bringing the total to 32,590. You declined to accept that offer, instead you ADDED $1,000 to the price of the vehicle. I understand you are in business to sale cars, but in my opinion, integrity is key. In other words, YOU DID NOT BEAT OR ATTEMPT TO BEAT NALLY INFINITI OF DECATURS offer, thereby, you have no integrity. Please see your statement above Mr. McClure. My second issue, is that the fact you dealership "shopped my loan WITHOUT MY PERMISSION" when I had my own financing. You Submitted a hard inquiry to Wells Fargo, Capital One, JP Morgan Chase, 5th Third Bank , Bank of America, Nalley Infiniti and Ally financial. If I wanted 7 hard inquiries on my report, I could have certainly placed them there on my own! I did not need your help to do so. This was NOT authorized by me, then you have the customer to sign an equifax credit report form and as the Finance person states "we need to know who is buying cars in case they are a terriorist" Bull!@#$%! Do I look like a freaking terriorist? When did Nalley Infiniti get in the business of finding terriorist? Is that what dealerships do now? Oh, and please inform him that his line was just that, Bull!@#$! That is a poor excuse to shop someones loan without their permission. So, at this time, due to your lack of integrity and bull!@#$! lines, I would not be providing Nalley Infinity of Marietta a rating of "10" to make you look good. Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of John Christmas. John showed us the car. Before our test drive he went over every inch of the vehicle he explained the outside features also what type of engine it had as well as covering the inside features. He knows Infiniti, John continued to educate us as we were performing the test drive. John invited us inside to his private office. We ended up making the purchase that night. John and finance staff stayed extremely late to assist us with every detail.
