However, it turned out they sold us a vehicle, without informing us at the time of purchase, which was previously offered to us at a lower price,$3,000 less "in a written quote" via email because it was used as a auto-show car in the past, and we declined it for that reason. There are two things that the dealer did wrong to us: 1. selling it at a higher price then it was previously offered in a "written quote" which stated the exact dollar amount, VIN number, and the names of both sales manager and a general manager, and 2. forgetting to mention to us that we are buying a car which was in the auto-show which we previously didn't like. When we realized this three hours after the time of purchase and called the dealer about this, they told us sorry for the mistake but what we got is a great price, and there is nothing more they can do. We even tried to talk to the general manager, "Stephan Gronberg"in person twice but seems he is trying to avoid from talking We mentioned to the dealer that we are reasonable people and are willing take this vehicle as long as we are buying it at a price which was previously offered to us in a written quote, but they would not listen. I'm very disappointed with the way they are handing the business. I'm thinking about filing a complaint to the Georgia State Attorney General's office and probably consult with a lawyer if the problem doesn't get resolved. More

Service center is awesome. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and several even know me on sight. I often choose to wait for minor service as the waiting area is very comfortable, great coffee and wifi a helpful and several even know me on sight. After purchasing my pre-owned certified 2009 fx35, with an additional warranty I an now dissatisfied with the non-responsiveness of the financial department. I notified Kevin Stroud of the sale of my vehicle in July of 2013 and requested the unused rebated portion to be processed The non delivery of my refund of the unused portion of the extended warranty has not been received yet and appears to be misrepresented. The warranty states that you can receive a refund if you sell you vehicle and have a remaining unused portion refunded. It's been a few months now and I have not received any refund due me yet, nor have I received any communication of and pending issues that might be holding up the processing of my claim. I just purchased a new 2013 Infiniti GX35 and didn't require this warranty anymore and just wanted my refund due me. I feel that either I was deceived by the terms of the extended warranty of something is drastically wrong with communication with the extended warranty company that Infiniti of Decatur uses or Infiniti of Decatur itself. Unfortunate reality of all cars is that sooner or later the car will have some issues. At times, those issues might be difficult to reproduce when you go for service. It is responsible for the safety of you and your family while you are in the car. We had a problem that somehow could not be replicated despite a detailed explanation of the issue. Jeff Chrisitian seemed to be bothered by our insistence to find the issue and ultimately my family's safety was compromised as a result. Bottom line is that the issue was determined by the service department management, but unfortunately this was after there was another failure and the car became immobilized due to our mechanical issue. It should not have happened. We expected better service and professionalism. We have since found a different dealership for service that seeks to address issues the first time every time. I am writing this review to only try to help prevent someone else's family from having to withstand the same experience. More
