Unfortunate reality of all cars is that sooner or later the car will have some issues. At times, those issues might be difficult to reproduce when you go for service. A car is more than transportation. the car will have some issues. At times, those issues might be difficult to reproduce when you go for service. A car is more than transportation. It is responsible for the safety of you and your family while you are in the car. We had a problem that somehow could not be replicated despite a detailed explanation of the issue. Jeff Chrisitian seemed to be bothered by our insistence to find the issue and ultimately my family's safety was compromised as a result. Bottom line is that the issue was determined by the service department management, but unfortunately this was after there was another failure and the car became immobilized due to our mechanical issue. It should not have happened. We expected better service and professionalism. We have since found a different dealership for service that seeks to address issues the first time every time. I am writing this review to only try to help prevent someone else's family from having to withstand the same experience. More
I had a great experience at this dealer working with Mike Schaefer. We had been to other dealerships but this is the one that had the best price and service. Nalley Infinity had a 2006 BMW 3 series listed on their website. 2 days prior to going to Atlanta I emailed them to make sure that the car was still available, and they confirmed it was. When I got there it turned out that the car was sold earlier the same day. It was still in their parking lot. They searched their database and found another 2006 3 series at the Nalley BMW dealership which was in the same price range. The car was brought over to the Infinity dealership for me to check out. The car had some minor issues. They agreed to drop the price close to the price of the car I had seen on their website and they also agreed to fix the issues I had pointed out at no extra charge. The next day the passenger seat belt error light came on and it turned out that the passenger seat mat sensor needed to be replaced. After discussing it with them they agreed to cover the cost for the sensor replacement. I have been working with William Harris who has been very helpful along with Steve Brown. Overall a very pleasant experience. More
The 2012 M37 that I wanted was at the price I liked and the color that intrigued me. However when we went to wait on the financing department we ended up waiting for an hour to hear from anyone on the situ the color that intrigued me. We had to ask the front desk clerk what was going on and why no one was checking on us. The car had been in a wreck in the dealership parking lot and no one could give a definite answer on the extent of damage and why it was still on the lot after it had been repaired. No one told us up front that it happened and it did not show up on the CARFAX and the paperwork they pulled from their service department; which should of had this information ready because Nalley keeps very detailed records of it service on its vehicles. However the GM Jim Slezak said he would help up find a comparable car to what we wanted and would work with us on pricing. We were $1000 off in negotiations as I had told Steven that if they could not come to the price that was just $1000 lower than they were quoting (which would have brought the price closer to the other car) I would go elsewhere. They would not come down in price stating that the other car was priced lower because it had been wrecked in their dealership parking lot. Sometimes a dealership should take the sacrifice on the deal and win the customer over. More
I would like to thank all the employees at Nalley Infiniti Decatur who made my vehicle purchase a great experience. While searching for a used car online I came across the perfect 2008 Infiniti EX35. I was able to get in contact with Joel Hamilton over at the Internet Sales Department. Joel has been a great help every step of the buying process. He quickly responded to phone calls and e-mails any time I had a question. He was always patient and courteous, even when I kept changing how I planned to finance my purchase. I was most impressed though, in regards to my navigation update. At my request, Joel included the update in the vehicle purchase price. However, due to unforeseen issues the vehicle's navigation system couldn't complete the update. Instead of giving up, Jeff Christian in the service department replaced my Infiniti's navigation system and completed the update at no charge to me. Thanks for a great car! More
Jeff and the Nalley dealership did an amazing job every time I came in for a service visit for my 2001 Infiniti QX4. They were always honest, trustworthy, and dependable. I can honestly say that this was the best experience purchasing a car that I have ever had !!! I had brought my other car in for service and talked with Jim about possibly looking for another car, the s purchasing a car that I have ever had !!! I had brought my other car in for service and talked with Jim about possibly looking for another car, the service was excellent and about a week later they called and said that they had a vehicle that I might like, the car was just what I was looking for, they offer me a fair price, and then went be beyond to arrange financing and work with me and my schedule to make the process effortless. When I went to pick up the car they had all the paper work ready, the car had been inspected, serviced and even had a full tank. This experience was customer service at it's best, I would and will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car or having service work done. THANKS GUYS GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! More
Brando knew our monthly payment limit upfront and through the entire process of quoting numbers. Just last week, I went into the dealership to trade my vehicle and purchase an Infiniti G37. Since I had spoken with him earlier over the phone, Darryl already had the vehicle I wanted to see parked up f vehicle and purchase an Infiniti G37. I have been looking for a 2009 Infiniti FX35 for about six months. I was not in a hurry to purchase one and I explained that to Darryl. He was very professional and not aggressive. The first time I visited the FX35 I came to see was sold. I sat with Darryl and told him about my situation and he was very courtesy. He took the time to educate me about the dealership and what they were all about. After that, he start educating me on the FX35 and how he thought it was a good choice for me. By the time I left was very excited about the FX35. After seven weeks of searching around other Infiniti locations around Atlanta and even different vehicles/auto dealer, I can back to the Nalley Infiniti-Decatur dealership. Darryl remembered me and began to help me again. The car I wanted was there at a good price. Darryl worked the numbers up and even helped me to get a better interest rate on the vehicle. My brother was with me through the process. By the time we were finished my brother was more excited about me purchasing the car then I was. He told me about three or four times that he was sold on getting an Infiniti and that he will be purchasing one through Darryl. After purchasing the car that evening the dealership was closed, but Darryl took his time with us and explain how to use almost every gadget on the FX35. He knew that car like the back of his hand.
