We went to several to look and typically received the "take it or leave it" approach AND here's the low-low offer we will give you for your trade-in, which isn't good when you drive 175 miles to look at cars. Not here. Every aspect of the purchase was excellent. Our salesman, Michael Felices: listened to what we wanted, was proactive with finding what we wanted, courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Michael was very courteous, knowledgeable, and his level of customer service was hard to match. We had lots of questions and Michael was able to answer all of them quickly and accurately. We made a last minute decision on Valentine's Day to drive to Nalley Lexus to meet face to face with Michael and work out a deal for the new vehicle. We were greeted warmly when we identified ourselves. Michael quickly went to work on all aspects of the transaction. We left Atlanta that day very satisfied and pleased with the level of service provided. We drove home in our new 2015 Lexus ES 350.
