Just want to share my horrible car buying experience with Nalley Lexus. I was and have been a good paying customer with toyota & lexus for over 10 years. After dealing with a terrible rookie sales manager at Nalley Lexus. I was and have been a good paying customer with toyota & lexus for over 10 years. After dealing with a terrible rookie sales manager at Nalley Lexus, I will never again step in the door of a Nalley dealership. In my whole life dealing with customer service, my experience with them has been the worst, when it comes to customer service. This particular manager got mad at me because I wouldn't take delivery of a vehicle that I was already approved to buy. His words to me: "You can leave now and never come back. As far as a customer here, you've been fired." I just said ok, asked for my keys to my trade, then left. As I was going home thinking things over, I couldn't understand how one car deal that's still gonna be someone's car deal (only a month or so from now) could cause such mistreatment. Thanks Chris Smith at Nalley Lexus Marietta/Smyrna-Galleria for firing me as well as all my referrals from your company. More

Mr. Allsbrook went above and beyond my expectations for service and compassion. His attention to details in fixing and maintaining my son's car were exceptional. Mr. Allsbrook supplied me with a loaner, wh service and compassion. His attention to details in fixing and maintaining my son's car were exceptional. Mr. Allsbrook supplied me with a loaner, which was invaluable to me.He advised me on many issues (tires, brakes, and a recall. It makes me comfortable to know my son's getting the best possible attention and gives me peace of mind. The personal attention was wonderful! I couldn't believe the car was even washed when I picked it up. Gosh, I could keep going. But, I find it refreshing to encounter someone so willing to help! What a nice guy! Jeff greeted me immediately and coached me through the whole process of servicing my vehicle. He asked great questions, understood my needs, summarized my checklist, offered me a courtesy me through the whole process of servicing my vehicle. He communicated well and kept his word throughout the process (he did what he said he was going to do)---- 2 traits I rarely find in customer service these days. Barbara Williams made my car buying experience as painless and pleasant as possible. I went to Nalley Lexus looking for a different car. That car was already sold. However, I was able to find an even better car at an even better price. Keith Lothrop worked really hard to get me the price I car was already sold. However, I was able to find an even better car at an even better price. The service at my previous vist was far from acceptable. I considered changing dealerships but I am glad I did not.
