I did not have an appointment this particular day, but decided to stop in because I was getting different answers over the phone about a service that I needed. When I pulled into service Tyesha came out and greeted me. I told her about my problem and she immediately called over to the parts department to find out my exact answer. She also was patient in answering all of my questions. I also told her I was interested in purchasing an accessory for my car, but that department was already closed for the evening so I told her I would just stop in the next day. I stopped in the next day to make my purchase and it was already reserved with my name on it. Very nice. I will now be booking her as my service consultant each time. I did not know who to request when making an appointment since my favorite consultant Ryan has left the company. They have been booking me with the next available consultant and let's just say so far no one has been like Ryan or Tyesha. More
