I was so thankful. Only to later find out my car had an oil leak and needed some other minor repairs. Henry was very knowledgeable in explaining waht was wrong with my car so that I could understand. I also feel Henry was compassionate about the unexpected cost I was about to incur and was very honest with me abut what services required my immediate attention and what services could be put off until the next service. I was also allowed to keep the loaner until my car was finished and Henry provided a daily update on the progress. I was 100% percent pleased with the entire staff ant Nalley Lexus. I was made to feel appreciated and not taken advantage of. I would recommend any of my frined with Lexus cars to go to this location and definetely ask for Henry Holoman!!! More

I came to Smyrna for a visit and called Nalley Lexus, where the serviceman said that they keep them in stock. When I arrived, a woman saw what I needed and told me to relax with some great coffee.
