He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer my questions and made the entire process comfortable and straightforward. What really stood out to me, though, was how Alex handled an issue after the sale. There was a cosmetic issue with the vehicle when it was delivered. Instead of simply asking me to bring the car back to the dealership, Alex personally drove an hour to my home, picked up my vehicle, and left me a loaner car so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Once the vehicle was repaired, Alex personally drove it back to me and picked up the loaner. He went far beyond what I expected from a salesperson and truly took ownership of making sure I was satisfied.
