To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding my experience with Nalley Lexus of Roswell, which is part of Asbury Automotive Group. I visited your dealership on September 17, concerns regarding my experience with Nalley Lexus of Roswell, which is part of Asbury Automotive Group. I visited your dealership on September 17, 2025, to inquire about leasing a vehicle. At that time, I traded in my 2016 Audi A3, which had a payoff balance of approximately $14,000. The dealership applied only about $4,000 toward the trade-in, leaving me significantly upside down. I then entered into a lease for a 2025 Lexus IS350 through Lexus Financial Services, with a monthly payment of $1,300. In January 2026, after only four months, I contacted Mohammed, the Finance Manager, regarding trading the leased IS350 for a 2026 Lexus RX350. I clearly explained that I wanted the new vehicle financed under my business name and specifically stated that I did not want the loan reported on my personal credit, as I am preparing to purchase a home and needed to avoid negatively impacting my personal debt-to-income ratio. Mohammed advised me that this arrangement was possible and represented that the vehicle could be financed through my business, with me acting as a personal guarantor if necessary, without impacting my personal credit reporting. Based on these representations, I agreed to proceed with the transaction. The dealership valued my IS350 at $37,000, which again left the deal significantly upside down. Despite this, I moved forward in reliance on the assurances provided. However, I have since discovered that the financing terms and/or reporting do not align with what was represented to me. This has caused serious concern and potential harm to my financial standing, particularly given my intention to purchase a home. I believe I was misled during this transaction. The representations made were material to my decision to proceed, and I would not have agreed to the deal had I been provided accurate and truthful information. As a result of this experience, I have lost confidence in the professionalism and integrity of both Nalley Lexus of Roswell and Asbury Automotive Group.
