We were passing the Lexus dealership on the way to BMW and decided to stop in. Barry introduced himself and made the whole buying experience seem effortless. We decided --based on our experience with Barry-- we did not even need to go to the BMW dealership. He truly sold us the car and made the whole process easy. I look forward to working with him and his manager in the future to make our next purchases. And as the owner of 4 previous BMW's that says alot about the level of service we received. More
I was extremely happy with the deal and the car but 30 miles out of the dealer my check engine light came on. When I called Mr. De Almeida he told me I was out of luck. When I talked with Used Car manager miles out of the dealer my check engine light came on. When I called Mr. De Almeida he told me I was out of luck. When I talked with Used Car manager, he said he would check with service to see if they could help me. I never heard from him again. I realize I bought a car as is but really I thought at the very least they would work with me to get it fixed at a discounted rate. This really disappointed me and will cause me to reconsider when I am ready next year to buy another car for my other daughter. More

I was directed to Tony Jones and told him what I was looking for and he went to work immediately, found my dream car, beat the Birmingham deal and I drove to Atlanta that day and was treated like an old friend from beginning to end. I got a terrific trade on my old RX and drove home that day in my beautiful new Lexus. I did not know Tony until yesterday but he exceeded all expectations of guiding me through my purchase. I highly recommend Tony and the Nalley Lexus Roswell dealership. It is always a thrill to get a new car but the experience I had in making the purchase made it even better. I'm so glad I made the call! More

I thought no dealership can make me as happy as Volvo until I bought my Lexus at Nalley about a year ago. As a new Lexus owner, I wasn't sure what to expect. WOW. I have another great dealership that I love! It's really important to me to have a dealership that is flexible with service times, loaner cars, relaxing waiting room, close to work, etc. Nalley Lexus has all that. They have been responsive, nice, easy to work with, helpful. Has met my needs before, during and even 1 year after the sale. They are there for me, and I feel like part of the Nalley Lexus family. A year later I still email with my salesman, Barry, and will definitely by from him again (actually looking forward to it). My service gal, Brandy is honest when it comes to my service and always prepares me for the next check-ups. After having the Lexus a few months we got rid of the BMW. Loved the car, but the dealership and the folks within were terrible...The older I get, the more I realize it's more about the dealership and the relationship I have with them and not so much the car. I'll buy a Lexus from Nalley as long as I own cars! Whole experience was just great. Even the finance guy, Scott was awesome, and gave us lots of options and made a recommendation. Go buy your Lexus at Nalley. From one picky, high maintenance owner to others...you will be VERY happy with your experience. In the pursuit of perfection, I found the complete package. More

It was a day of days ... The weather was pretty foul (tornado warnings), my car sprang an oil leak and I was over 2 hours late for my maintenance appointment. Fortunately, Chad Duncan is patient with very tardy clients even if they use use poor planning as an excuse. In addition to discussing my car needs, Chad always takes the time to ask about my family and how life is treating me. What happened next was probably pretty routine for Chad but it was certainly a pleasant surprise for me. The highlight of my afternoon involved Pam and Jimmy in Courtesy Transport. When we met, I was on the phone trying to handle a family situation and planning my route to pick my son up from school. What I didn't know was they had already selected a very special vehicle for me to use while my car is being serviced. Without any prompting from me, I was given a LS 460 as a loaner. Since my vehicle is as old as my fifth grader, I felt like I had just won the lottery! Pam and Jimmy know how to make a moment special and they understand how to make a client feel exceptional! It took me less than 2 hours to drive out with my new car with a smile on my face. Working with Klaus was a dream. He was friendly and informative and not once was he pushy or tactical. It was a very pleasant experience; I actually enjoyed myself. The whole staff was congenial in every way. I would recommend Roswell Lexis to anyone and I especially would recommend seeing Klaus if you want a new or used car. I may not wait so long this time to trade my car in for another. More

Our car buying experience surpassed every other car buying experience we've had in the last twenty years. Everyone from our first greeting in the service drive area to our service consultant Marvin Chibesa was on top of things. They asked the right questions to find out what our needs were then made sure we were as comfortable as possible during our wait. While waiting for our car to be repaired we decided to stroll through the showroom where we were greeted by Kahlil Stevenson a sales consultant. He proceeded to answer our questions about the existing models in the showroom that we were looking at along with letting us know about some special offers and incentives that were going on that we did not know about. While we did'nt come in yesterday to buy a vehical the deals sounded so good we had to check them out while we waited. Kahlil asked us a few questions to ensure he knew what we were interested in and what price range we wanted to be in and he went to work "FOR US" meaning he under stood what our needs were and provided a perfect balance between the car business and the customer. There was a level of committment and team work going on here we have never experienced before. The finance manager Noel Barnett worked diligently crunching numbers trying to get us where we needed to be while the new car manager Scott Unger kept a watchful eye on everything making sure our needs were being met and we were being taken care of. These gentlemen as a team got the deal done for us and my wife drove away in a BRAND NEW 2011 ES 350!!!!!! We are very thankful to all the employees of Nalley Lexus of Roswell for helping to make one of our dreams come true. More
