I had planned to take my time buying a car, until I drove the car I wound up buying. But I stopped by Lexus in Roswell first and will never go there again. I'm not mentioning specific names as I don't want anyone fired, I would just like the dealership more aware. The appointment I had setup with one sales person was pushed to another sales person without relaying anything I was looking for. The sales person I worked with picked up personal calls on his cell 3 different times during my visit and test drives. As we were leaving I asked for information to weigh my decision and that's when he picked up the last call, which he couldn't be bothered to hang up or have that person hold as we said goodbye. It was very rude and left me with no desire to give that dealership any of my business. Ever. More
