We have a seven year old Lexus SUV, Will has always been our service rep and has been WONDERFUL. He is honest and never does any work without consulting us first. While having our SUV serviced we mentioned an interest in purchasing a CT200h for our daughter. Will said he owned one and introduced us to Jim. He spent most of the day with us ensuring we had the car we would be satisfied with. He then scheduled a follow up appointment to show our daughter how to operate the extensive computer system within the car. He is currently working with my husband to get him the new GS350h when it comes out in July. More
I brought a certified Lexus from another dealer to have it inspected at Nalley since Nalley had serviced my previous Lexus for 6 years. I trusted them. My regular service advisor is Will Gallagher and I h it inspected at Nalley since Nalley had serviced my previous Lexus for 6 years. I trusted them. My regular service advisor is Will Gallagher and I had asked for his opinion earlier on the difference between the 430 I had and the 460 I was looking at. He was very forthcoming with valuable info on the differences in the two. Very valuable info in my decision making process; however, he was out of town when I brought the other car for inspection and that's how I connected with Do. He had helped me one other time when Will was out of town. Do knew what I was doing and walked back into the shop and asked the tech to look deeper into the car than just a superficial inspection.They found a few problems with items that did not meet Lexus certification specifications like brake pad tolerances that were below certified specifications, tires below tolerances and body damage I had missed. I did not purchase that auto from the other Lexus dealer but later found an LS 460 at Nalley. We made a fair deal. Barry was professional,very thorough in the explanation of systems in the car on delivery and followup several days later. He now is looking for a certified RX for my wife. More
My experience at Nalley Lexus of Roswell was unlike any other experience at any dealer I have visited. Their customer service is beyond excellent. I truely believe I got a very fair deal. Having newly moved into the area, we went to get our first service at Nalley-Roswell. After the service was done, we asked to use a coupon that was on the website, but they would NOT honor it simply be first service at Nalley-Roswell. After the service was done, we asked to use a coupon that was on the website, but they would NOT honor it simply becuase we did not have it printed and in hand. Really! After doing a $150 Oil change, at minimum, they should honor their own discounts and not look for excuses! At my old dealership in NJ, I would not even have to ask for it - it would simply be applied. In the end - dealer can either hide behind excuses to keep you dissatisfied and say "gotcha" or just do what it takes to bring the customer back. I will look for a place next time that actually values my business and wont look for ways to screw me. More

Chad Duncan is always so helpful, courteous and knowlegeable. I appreciate always being greeted promptly. I know my car is in great hands, and Chad is always about customer service. Sadly, I’ve found most of the stereotypes around buying a car and dealing with dealers/dealerships to be true. However, that all changed with Larry. He was professional, responsive and to the point, which I car and dealing with dealers/dealerships to be true. However, that all changed with Larry. He was professional, responsive and to the point, which I appreciated. He didn’t try and talk in circles. He was open, honest and let me know he’d do whatever it took to earn my business. He meant and so he earned it. I live 2 miles from another Lexus dealer, yet I made the drive to his dealership just to cut out the hassle and run around I was getting elsewhere. All- in-all, it was a great car buying experience. I would gladly recommend Larry and Nalley Lexus of Roswell. More
After having a less than positive experience with another Lexus dealership, I received a follow-up call from Larry Guarcello. He said that Nalley Lexus wanted me as a customer and would do everything possible to make that happen. I explained that we had decided to defer our purchase for awhile and Larry asked what it would take to have me visit his dealership and evaluate their deal. I told him what my target was to purchase and he did everything possible to meet that goal. Throughout the entire process , Larry's friendly yet professional and sincere demeanor, made my wife and I very comfortable with the deal and gave us a feeling that we're we're not being pressured. Everyone we met or dealt with at Nalley, from the finance staff to the service consultant, were as helpful and friendly as Larry, which made our decision much easier. Before we took possession of the car, Larry spent all the time necessary to ensure I knew everything I needed to know about the LS460. I have also since taken advantage of his offer to be available to assist in anyway possible. In each case, he provided his full attention and answered my questions or solved my problem very quickly. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase from Nalley Lexus.a More
