Larry Guarcello is the most professional and patient salesperson I have ever dealt with when buying a car. He had good knowledge of the Lexus product and made it a pleasant and seamless experience. I highly recommend dealing with Mr Guarcello. I am enjoying my RX350. :) As a sidenote, another large Lexus dealership in Atlanta blatantly LIED TO ME and upcharged me on my previous Lexus. When I approached them about it, there was admission (after they knew I had proof) but I received no apology and no reimbursement. I will never return to them because of it. I will stick with NALLEY! I was not rushed to make any decisions or choices and each of the gentlemen who assisted with the purchase of my car, Mr. Gregory Walker, Mr. Christopher Dastou, Mr. Roger Luker, and Mr. Scott Unger, were very kind, courteous, professional, patient, and concerned about making sure I was one hundred percent satisfied; and I was. Came in from Fl to Atl. Fl. Lexus dealer was unable to correct problem (noise/rattle)--Megan took the time to listen to my complaint, sent over tech for test ride w/ me. Tech (Chris) diagnosed the proble correct problem (noise/rattle)--Megan took the time to listen to my complaint, sent over tech for test ride w/ me.
