Our salesman was great but the dealership in general is lacking customer service skills. I purchased a vehicle from Nalley Automotive on 02.26.2021 and as of today, 03.16.2021 it is still an ongoing proc lacking customer service skills. I purchased a vehicle from Nalley Automotive on 02.26.2021 and as of today, 03.16.2021 it is still an ongoing process. I have not received any title work in order to purchase my Alabama tag. I have called the finance manger and he wont return my calls. He missed two items in our signing and I have given him everything he ask for. I have left a voicemail for the GM and he hasnt returned my call. I have sent emails and left messages and No one at this dealership wants to help you. They all pass the buck and blame someone else. Do NOT buy from them!! More
THE WORST LEXUS DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE!! I only reason that I bought lexus was because I heard their service is amazing, but the service manager in this location (his name is Suldjio) showed me that’s a b that I bought lexus was because I heard their service is amazing, but the service manager in this location (his name is Suldjio) showed me that’s a biggest lie ever! They changed my dash which was a recall and I waited almost 2 years for them to finally do it for me and messed up my steering wheel and I was about to get into a really bad accident because of it. Then I had to tow the car back to them to see what they did messed up. They checked the car and said the problem is the battery, They changed the battery and charge me for it then as soon as I picked up my car same problem happened again I had to tow the car back to them for the second time! They had my car for 20 days couldn’t fix it, they asked for another $700 to change the sensor and they said if you don’t bring the loaner back today we will call the police on you even tho my car still is not fixed!! I told him that I’m hospital and I can’t come I even sent him a photo of where I was and he didn’t even care at all! I still think Lexus a really good company but unfortunately I guess they don’t care about the people that they hire or people that they buy their cars otherwise this shouldn’t be happening right now! More

We had a urgent Service issue with my wife's car as the battery just died. We called the dealership and spoke to Kevin Lombard, Service Manager. He immediately told us to call Lexus Roadside the next morni battery just died. We called the dealership and spoke to Kevin Lombard, Service Manager. He immediately told us to call Lexus Roadside the next morning and have the car towed in to the dealership. as he was freeing up a spot. Kevin contacted us first thing to confirm the car arrival, scheduled a slot, sent one of his guys across town to collect a hybrid battery and got it installed in the car. He even offered to have someone drop off the car since it was late in the day. Benjamin Jones, handled the service at the dealership and did a great job. Overall, we have been amazed by the service and especially with Kevin's customer focus. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from this dealer only. More

They tell you cars are inspected by theirs Master Techs but if you ask their service dept. they do not know these master tech guys nor are these cars inspected by them. I found the service guys to be a lot more honest than sales management and the GM Ruben Santiago who is the worst example of a general manager that I have ever dealt with in my life. More

Customer car wash I have only been to the dealership twice since my purchase. Both times I have been told the customer car wash is out of order, really? The first time they told me that, as I drove by, it appeared to be working.However, I did not go back in to question it. It was late in the day, and they might have been backed up washing new cars, understandable. Again today, it is not working, at 8 in the morning.. I did not want to have to make another stop on my way home, but I did. I think the dealership needs to have an additional car wash or hire more employees if they get that backed up. More
