At the risk of appearing like a suck up son-in-law trying to curry favor, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Nalley generally and with Larry specifically. Larry's product knowledge, can-do attitude, personality and humor easily overcame some serious supply chain issues. Apparently, after the tsunami, it is easier to deliver a baby than a 2012 AWD RX350. Larry was able to meet this challenge with competence and resolve. I feel like he delivered a high degree of service approaching customer advocate as he met every promise of the deal. Service after the sale was spectacular. If you are looking for a new car, consider a Lexus if for no other reason than to experience Larry Guarcello's service, which I recommend without reservation. More
