I have always had great maintenance service at this dealership. On my most recent visit, my 1999 RX300 required more work and parts than the repair shop had originally estimated. The wheel bearing was stuck and no amount of soaking would loosen it. A new carrier sub-assy had to be ordered and I was not charged for it. Meanwhile, the maintenance service representative kept me well informed about what was being done and when it should be ready. Fortunately, I had a nice courtesy car to drive. Also, I receive a 10% discount because of the number of miles on my car. Great service! More
