Finance advisor was a little shady and our guy made many mistakes. I wish I recorded the conversation. He told us a rate and then didn’t honor it. Said he never said that and wouldn’t show us the rates the banks offered us. He also wasn’t very informed on the extras he was supposed to try and sell. I’m a business owner and salesman and can see right through someone who is bad at their job. If my wife didn’t want the car so bad and if it was available at other dealers I would have walked out and took my business somewhere else. More
