I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not professional My experience at Nalley Toyota was pretty sad. When we first arrive at this dealership, there was someone to great us. He said hello to us and directed us inside to the lady I spoke to on the phone. Which she then told us the guy that brought us in will be our salesman. So he sits us down ask us a few questions, shows us the vehicle I wanted, shows us how it works, and now we go on the test drive. While on the test drive he answers a call through the cars Bluetooth system. It was one of his buddy's that apparently was coming to the dealership to meet him. That's when we lost the salesman undivided attention. When we get back to the dealership, he says hello to his friend that shows up. We get to the desk the salesman asks us a few more questions, and asks how much we want to pay a month on this vehicle. We tell him how much our budget will allow, and he's like "realistically" you can't get that price for that car.He's like let me give you time to think. so then we go up $50 more, and that was pushing our budget. He comes back showing us why we can't get that car for that price. Again "realistically" you can't get that car for that price. Let me let you guys think about it. meanwhile when he's "letting us think about it," He's going to talk to his buddy! This smug salesman throughout the whole time acts like he makes enough money in a year that if he doesn't sell this car to us, it won't hurt him. Point blank he never negotiated a price, and we end up leaving. He didn't even try to get us in a older model, another vehicle, nothing. Could care less. Now is when you see what kind of people work there. My husband was pretty disappointed at how the salesman didn't even try to get us in a vehicle, so he writes a review. That was the Monday. The Friday he gets a response form Curtis general manager asking my husband to contact him. My husband calls. Curtis was in a meeting the receptionist says. He will call my husband back. The general manager didn't even have the decency to call. The Saturday night my husband gets a call, and it's the salesman who didn't even give a crap when we were there, but now because my husband writes a review, he calls to argue with him. then hangs up the phone on my husband when my husband wasn't feeding into his nonsense. So the whole time I left the situation alone, cause he obviously is not a good salesman so why should I stress. Well when my husband got that call the Saturday night, I was pissed! What kind of business are they running? the employee can call the customer to argue with him??? So I call, and ask to speak to Curtis the "general manager". I get the receptionist. She says he's on a sale, and she will have someone call me back tonight. Guess what people.... INEVER got a call back. Not only are the people at Nalley Toyota rude, and disrespectful, they could care less about what the general public has to say. That is my experience with this dealership at stonecrest mall. By the way. There were three other Toyota dealers that were willing to work with me for the price I was asking, and they were very friendly. More

I feel that showing that you really don't care about the competition is good for business!!! At Nalley Toyota of Stoncrest I would assume that competition is the last thing on their because they make their customers first priority! Thanks for everything we'll be back!!! More

During the course of my service experience I had a number of pleasant and productive exchanges with Chris Maxwell. I was very satisfied with my service experience. And, it was a pleasure dealing with Reggie and Chris. I'll be back for service with these guys. More

Was thinking of buying a car since last 2-3 months but was not able to as was busy in work and not having time to go to a dealer and then do all the exercise of buying a car. I was quite worried about the feeling and nervous. Reggie was the guy who vanished my nervousness and all anxiety of buying a new car. Out of my busy work schedule he used to come to me to pick wherever I want and he never hesitated in doing so. Nice person. A good human being and very helpful person! Thanks for all your efforts!! They don't care I recently went into Nalley's at Stonecrest to purchase a Toyota Camry. While the car I wanted wasn't available the salesperson kept telling me how I I recently went into Nalley's at Stonecrest to purchase a Toyota Camry. While the car I wanted wasn't available the salesperson kept telling me how I should buy a Avalon or Corrola. He went as far as to say the Camry's are good but have mechanical problems and that's why I should go with soemthing else. I had to argue with him in order for him to show me The cars that I did drive were in horrible conditions. Granted I was looking for a used car, but not a project. The seats had to be repaired as it had major tears, the car mats had bleach spots on them and the rest of the interior had scratches all over it. The only thing the salesperson said was he would give me a free oil change and a full tank of gas. Really, for all that damage. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anybody. If you need to buy a car, go to craigslist, ebay anywhere but this place. They will do everything they can to rip you off!!!! More
An awesome experience!! I was stranded on the side of the road. My car was towed (after waiting over 1 1/2 hour and sweating out my shirt)in Thursday--I didn't know what was I was stranded on the side of the road. My car was towed (after waiting over 1 1/2 hour and sweating out my shirt)in Thursday--I didn't know what was wrong with my car. I was hot, irritated and tired. Reggie immediately gave me some water & his chair to sit. He also encouraged me to relax--think positively and in the end my CV Axle was broken which was better than a transmission problem. Of course, I was concerned about the costs even stated I wasn't sure if I wanted another Toyota. He encouraged me to stay with Toyota and provided Manny (who was wonderful--didn't pressure me/sincerely friendly/professional/very knowledgeable) to assist me look at new/used vehicles to restore my faith in Toyota. The fact Reggie did the research comparing prices for an axle and how the work is guaranteed.....I was relieved. He made me feel so good on a terrible day, even though the parts had to be ordered and in the next day. I picked up my car Saturday and Reggie remained encouraging and explained what my next steps were for my car. I appreciate Reggie going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and I felt ten times better about Toyota/the repairs/my overall experience compared to what I thought Thursday afternoon. Thank you Reggie for excellent customer service!!!! More
Change of Heart towards the Dealership I purchased 2010 Avalon from the previously owned Stonecrest Toyota, the salesman who is still employed by Nalley Toyota Stonecrest was not truthful ( I purchased 2010 Avalon from the previously owned Stonecrest Toyota, the salesman who is still employed by Nalley Toyota Stonecrest was not truthful (a liar) and did not keep his word. I had also talked my son into buying a 2010 Toyota Tundra from the same Salesman. I called the salesman in reference to our conversations and he was rude and nasty so I took the high road and vowed never to buy anything from them again. I have always purchased Toyotas since 1981. I wanted a new truck and went to Stone Mountain Toyota and purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra. Well earlier this year My wife needed an oil change on her 2011 Camry which I purchased from another Legacy Toyota. While waiting for the service to be completed we ran into Reginald Demande this young man was outstanding and kept his word and did exactly what he said he could do. we purchased 2014 Toyota Camry and have been pleased with the sell. Reginald Demande is an asset to this dealership. I will purchase another car from him its not everyday that you find an honest person that's not filled with arrogance and when I go into the dealership and Reginald sees me he always comes to speak. Customer Service is a priority and he has it. More

We currently own a Toyota and are regular customers for service at Nalley. I came in knew what I wanted, met with Reginald Demande... I wanted a 2014, he said, "lets test drive a 2015", I did, loved it, just couldn't decide on the color, he walked us through the features, he was professional, to the point after 45 mins with him and Victor in finance, I walked out with my 2015, the experience was excellent. Mrs, Shabazz is a complete asset and covered all the in betweens making my purchase and visit even better.... Team work makes the dream work.....Thank you so much Dawn Shaw Mullings More
Wow...what an experience! So my transmission had went out on my car after taking it to the mechanic to fix an oil leak. I decided to walk into Nalley Toyota Stonecrest where I met Regginal Demande. At first I was a bit skeptical because I didn't want to be pressured into buying a car. Reggie was very patient with me, he took me on the golf cart riding around - him showing me what was available within my price range. I had tons of questions and Reggie was just knowledgeable about it all. I was very nervous, because of my bankruptcy that I had on my credit, but he made the process so easy. He has great customer service skills and I would recommend him to anyone that I know that's in the market looking for a car to buy. I've been to some other dealerships and was not even offered a test drive. Overall I left there happy with an affordable car note. Thanks so much Reggie - YOU ROCK!!! More
