I stopped by 6 times over the past 2 months investigating the new Highlanders. I also stopped by a few other local Toyota dealerships. Afterwards, they pestered me to death with emails, calls and even texts. Michael H. never did. He told me that when I was ready, he would help and that's what he did. I received a couple emails from Jason Brown, a sales manager, but he didn't over do it. And Jason had a no pressure, professional approach during negotiations. Dominic Rodgers also filled in very nicely too, when Michael was on vacation. The buying experience was pleasant. After the decision to purchase was made and the "price" was negotiated we met with Jason Alston in F&I He was very professional. No pressure to buy any extras. In fact, his low key approach worked...I wound up buying the extended warranty. Nice work Jason! If you want to take your time and make a good decision on your Toyota, go see Mike. He'll be informative and helpful but he won't bug you to death during the process. More

We were very disappointed as our understanding was that we would be presented with options to choose from, to review what programs and financing are available. The rep, not sure if it was AJ Nihad or not as my husband got there first, did not have anything available for us to review or look at. We were treated as though we were new buyers and what did we want? We did not want to spend the time starting from the beginning a new customer as you have all our information already. After the test drive it was a quick discussion with my sales associate to reach a spot where both of us were happy with the numbers.
