Service Department We have used Nalley Toyota of Roswell for the past eight years, but have noticed a great decline in the service department over the past year. Our mos We have used Nalley Toyota of Roswell for the past eight years, but have noticed a great decline in the service department over the past year. Our most recent experience was taking our 1994 Toyota Short-bed truck in for clutch replacement. After spending a week calling and calling for updates (they never would call back) the truck rolls out and suppose to be ready. Less than seven days later, the truck wont go so we take it back to them and they say it is the clutch again. After they review it they said everything looked like it was installed correctly and we must have broken it. Keep in mind, less than a week and it is a four cylinder engine so to get it to do any kind of burn out would take a miracle. Long story short we are out $2500 dollars and they refuse to fix an issue that had to been caused by a poor installation. They have lost our business forever. More

When I met Danny Bustos I informed him of my previous misfortune and he assured me that would not be the case with him. He was correct. Danny was welcoming and very informative of the vehicle I was interested in. After the test drive I fell in love with the vehicle and he made sure I drove it home that day.
