After a recent car accident, I found myself in desperate need o I want to express my sincere thanks to the amazing team at Nalley Toyota of Roswell! After a recent car accident, I found myself in desperate need of a new vehicle. As a single mother with a single income, I wasn’t sure exactly how I was going to be able to purchase a new car or manage a new car payment but I was blessed to received assistance from my good friends Debi and Chuck Hoover. Debi, who works at Asbury Motors, allowed me to view vehicles through her network website, identify a car that I was interested in, then she contacted the Dealership to advise that I would be coming by along with her husband Chuck who provided much needed moral support. Upon arrival at the Nalley Dealership, we were greeted by the GM, Mr. Gagliardi, who extended his hand and guaranteed that his team would be able to assist me in finding my perfect car. He then introduced us to his Finance team and put me in the capable hands of his #1 salesman Richard Warren who took time and great care in finding out about my situation. Without pressure I was allowed to test drive several cars on the lot until I found MY car. Once selected, the Finance Manager, Michael Hecht was able to secure me a great deal and provide me the opportunity of car ownership with a payment that I could afford. After signing the paperwork and being given the keys, Richard made sure that I was completely satisfied and even took the time to help me set up my Bluetooth. The level of service I received during this process made my car buying experience with this team truly exceptional! The price of the car was exactly what they said it would be. I originally spoke to Kevin on the phone. He informed me of the internet sales.
